Planning Poker is a free, browser-based tool that enables agile teams to conduct real-time estimation sessions using planning poker techniques. No account or registration is required to use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to generate excessive load on the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity within a session
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

4. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Data and Sessions

Session data (room state, votes, topics) is stored temporarily and may be deleted at any time. Do not use the Service as the sole record of important decisions. We are not responsible for any loss of session data.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the property of its creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
